As a Senior Office Admin & Accounts Manager, you will play an essential role in the day-to-day operations of various companies. Working closely with the management team and as well as colleagues throughout the group, you'll process sales contracts, manage order documentation, coordinate shipping logistics, assist with pricing updates, and support HR and office management tasks.
In terms of accounts, you'll handle, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable reconciliations & Payroll using Xero. Managing warranty claims, billing timesheets and additionally, you will manage inter-company expense and cost allocation and invoicing, update vessel stock records and prepare monthly reports. A knowledge of FX would be helpful as you monitoring and currency and forecasts, and setting up bank accounts and unit trusts for new syndicates are also key responsibilities.
With a mix of administrative, customer service, and operational responsibilities, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a professional but fun, fast-paced environment.

You will be a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a proactive mindset and the ability to navigate various priorities. You will bring expertise in handling contracts, coordinating logistics, and managing office operations. You should have accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general accounting experience, with proficiency in Xero being essential. Experience in WorkFlowMax software will be highly regarded but is not essential as full training will be provided. Your strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities will allow you to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in DocuSign, Google Drive, Outlook, Word, and Excel will be highly regarded. Being highly organised and efficient, having the ability to multi-task, and possessing attention to detail are essential.
