As a Part-Time Office & Accounts Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of various companies. Working closely with the Senior Office & Accounts Manager, you will handle the overflow of tasks in both accounts and administration, ensuring the office runs smoothly and your colleagues are well-supported. You will take ownership of some accounts functions and internal office processes, assisting with processing sales contracts, managing order documentation, coordinating shipping logistics, and supporting HR and office management tasks.
 
In terms of accounts, you will handle invoicing, accounts payable and receivable coding of invoices using Xero. You will also assist with managing warranty claims, billing timesheets, inter-company expense and cost allocation, updating vessel stock records, and preparing monthly reports.
 
With a mix of administrative, customer service, and operational tasks, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a professional but fun, fast-paced environment.

You will be a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a proactive mindset and the ability to navigate various priorities. You should have some experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general accounts. Your strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities will allow you to balance the workload and be the person who proactively sources opportunities to help. All you'll need is your keen eye for detail and you'll be setting sail on a rewarding opportunity within an exciting and growing industry
