Working with a great team, you will be responsible for handling enquiries regarding credit and returns. Your role will include receiving and inspecting returned items, assessing product conditions, and analysing the reason for returns. You’ll manage returns processing by cleaning and preparing merchandise, deciding on stock status for account credit, and accurately entering information into SAP to keep records up to date. Additionally, maintaining weekly inventory and achieving an average of 19 return entries per hour are essential to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
