As our Tour Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our tours run smoothly from start to finish. This hands-on position involves coordinating tour logistics, managing supplier relationships. You'll be responsible for booking accommodation and transport, preparing essential travel documents, and maintaining strong communication with tour leaders and customers. In addition, you'll oversee key accounts, ensuring seamless group bookings while continuously refining and enhancing our tour offerings.

Your ability to manage multiple tasks, build strong relationships with suppliers and clients, and design engaging itineraries makes you an ideal fit for this role. You’re tech-savvy, comfortable using Excel, and other booking systems, and have a keen eye for detail. A natural communicator, you excel at problem-solving and ensuring every aspect of a tour is meticulously planned and executed.
