This is a non-IT support role, its far more exciting! – you’ll be the essential link between customers and the engineering team, ensuring vital medical equipment stays operational across the healthcare sector. Reporting to a supportive and people-focused Service Manager, you’ll join a team of 14 Technical Coordinators across Australia and the Philippines. You’ll coordinate service cases, allocate technicians, create quotes, and collaborate with multiple internal departments to ensure world-class support is delivered.

You may be from retail, looking to take your next step, your helpful nature and a keen communicator will see you make a difference in this role! Prior experience with customer service protocols and the capability to work independently are prerequisites. A strong emphasis on teamwork is essential, along with a process-oriented mindset, adeptness with systems, and proficiency in integrated ERP systems. While experience with SAP is advantageous, it is not essential.
