As a Customer Service Coordinator you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Your day-to-day will involve managing a high volume of phone and email enquiries, processing customer orders and returns through SAP CRM, and liaising with our sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment. You'll be the first point of contact, aiming for one-touch resolution and a service excellence experience every time. With a strong focus on attention to detail, you'll also manage back orders, pricing queries, and customer disputes, ensuring accurate records and timely communication at all stages.

You're a natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. With at least two years of customer service experience under your belt, you bring a problem-solving mindset, strong time management, and a professional approach to every interaction. You’ve worked with SAP or another ERP system, and you’re confident using CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Most importantly, you’re a team player who understands the importance of building rapport, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding safety and compliance standards – all while putting the customer first.
