Reporting to the Financial Controller your new role will be varied from managing the fortnightly Payroll and reporting, Accounts Payable, including intercompany accounts, Bank reconciliation, Credit Card and Fleet management to HR Support. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance professional looking for a part-time challenging role.
Your responsibilities will include:

Process end-to-end payroll for using Xero, ensuring Award guidelines are followed and ensuring tax compliance

Maintaining employee records and files using Employment Hero, including all leave requests, onboarding and offboarding staff

Issuing contracts and offer letters, ensuring Award guidelines are followed in entitlements and allowances

Managing Accounts Payable, dataentry of all invoices, and managing intercompany accounts and bank accounts accurately

Managing and reconcile all the company credit cards

Fleet management of company vehicles

Act as the primary contact for all payroll and accounts enquiries

This is a great opportunity for a Payroll and Accounts professional with at least 3-5 years experience, looking for a part-time opportunity. Bring your excellent time management, your proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail. You have experience with working under multiple business entities, an understanding of Award Interpretation and experienced in using Xero or similar is a must.
